Attitudes at SA--

He didn't hire me to contribute; he hired me to make himself look good. A good portion of my time was spent in endless debates with him, whenever I (or anybody else) wanted to do something in a way that meant he was going to have fewer design and fabrication hours. And he makes a lot more money than I did. My co-managers used to frequently agree with me that TONS of money was being wasted, but they would always say things like, "What do you care?
